We provide two delivery options:

1. By regular mail. The delivery takes about 12 days. (Without online tracking.) Recommended!
2. Through certified delivery services ( EMS , USPS). The delivery takes 1 to 4 days (With online tracking.)

Upon being received, your order will take from one to three business days to process.

Your order will be packaged in neutral packaging for privacy purposes.

If the order isn't delivered on time (20 days by mail or 10 days by special delivery), the delivery of your next order will be free of charge.

Attention! Due to new customs regulations in the USA , ordering delivery through certified delivery services such as EMS or USPS may take longer due to quarantine and possibly completely halted from delivery.

Thus, we recommend ordering by regular mail.

 

Refunds take place in the following cases:

1. Orders that were made but never sent.
2. If you find that the packaging used or opened and wish to request a refund, please show us a medical report from your physician, describing your condition after administering the medicine. Having received this, we will refund your payment in full, aside from the shipping price. Without any further inquiries.
